Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions aim to regulate the relationship between the "My New Life" Program (the "Program") and its members, outlining the rights and obligations of each party. Signing the membership application constitutes full acceptance of these terms, which are as follows: First: Membership Conditions - The applicant must fall within the target age group for joining the Program. - The member must commit to paying the subscription fees determined by the Program and selected by the member. - The member must submit the required documents (personal photo, proof of identity, membership application form, etc.). - The member may not transfer their membership to another party without written consent from the Company’s management. - The Company’s management reserves the right to accept or reject membership applications without providing a reason. Second: Member Rights - Attending weekly meetings based on the subscription category and membership type. - Participating in activities and events organized by the Program. - Submitting complaints or suggestions to the management in a respectful and orderly manner. Third: Member Obligations - Adhering to the internal rules and regulations approved by the Program’s management. - Preserving property and public facilities and refraining from causing any damage. - Respecting staff, management, and other members, and interacting in a spirit of social cooperation. - Maintaining confidentiality and refraining from disclosing any secrets or information related to the Program or its members. - Refraining from using meetings and events for any political, religious, or commercial activities without prior permission. - Notifying the Program’s management of any changes to personal information (address, phone number, etc.). Fourth: Cancellation, Suspension, and Resignation - A member may submit a written resignation request at any time; however, membership fees are non-refundable in such cases. - Membership may be suspended for a specific period in accordance with the program's approved suspension policies. - Management reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership without compensation in the event of a violation of terms, damage to the reputation of the company, its directors, employees, the program, or other members, or failure to maintain good conduct, or upon the issuance of a judgment involving moral turpitude. - Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once paid. Fifth: General Provisions - Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time, and members will be notified of any updates. - Membership does not grant the member any ownership rights in the company or the program.
